DPI Jewellery is a wholesale only business. Orders can be placed online via our website, by phone or by email. 

Please register online for access to our website. Orders placed through the website are prioritised and processed first. Your registration enables you to view all prices, access sales, promotions and all new items when released.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, however in extremely busy times, orders may take a little longer. For safety and guarantee of delivery we use registered and express services through Australia Post. Freight prices will vary depending on location and size/weight of your order.

We accept Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard only) and eWay, our secure online payment gateway. Direct Deposit is available for approved 30 day account holders only.

All items not fulfilled on an order will be put on back order, this excludes backorders that are under the value of $40.00. Please reorder these items on your next order.

Delivery is calculated when your order is ready to be dispatched. The invoice sent with your goods will include the total shipping costs charged.

As our products are 100% guaranteed for workmanship, we can help you and process any returns quickly, but only if we are notified straight away.

Please note – our returns policy does not cover items that have been purchased and used as samples or in-store stock. We cannot replace items that have been worn or damaged due to wear. Our guarantee does not extend to modified, mistreated or accidently broken jewellery or display items.

We are happy to help & want all pieces supplied in their best condition, so if there’s any issues with your order once delivered, contact us so we can organise for you to return the goods and we can issue a replacement or credit note for the items.

Yes, DPI Jewellery uses a combination of Nano and E-Coat technologies to help protect our Sterling Silver jewellery from tarnishing. These anti-tarnish technologies reduce the need for hand polishing, eliminate discolouration caused by natural and display lighting, and help protect the jewellery during fittings and long-term wear.

Yes, you will need to be approved to purchase from us. By registering for an “Online Account” we can validate and set up an account for you (initially on “Upfront Payment” terms). DPI is strictly a wholesale only business. Your online registration enables you to place orders, view prices, access sales, promotions and all new items when released. Register here

New customers will initially be on “Upfront Payment” terms and credit card details are required at the time of placing all orders. An opening order minimum of $250.00 applies.

Upfront Payment: This is the default account for all new customers. Please provide your credit card details at the time the order is placed; these details will be used to process the invoice total (including the calculated shipping costs) once the order is ready to be dispatched. Direct debit or cheque payment are not available options for these accounts and, as customers are not contacted prior to the total being charged, please be mindful that the details provided are ready to be processed by our office at the time the order is completed and ready to be shipped to you.

Please note: transactions that are unable to be processed due to card errors or insufficient funds will delay the dispatch of these orders.

Nett 30 Days: DPI offer 30-day accounts to approved customers. A credit application form must be completed and approved to hold an account. Credit application forms can be downloaded from our website.

Overdue Accounts: Late accounts will revert back to upfront payment. Overdue accounts that go unpaid will be passed over to a debt recovery agency and the customer will be responsible for all collection costs.

Buying Groups: As we are affiliated with various buying groups throughout Australia it is best to check with your association first for the terms of your account.
